i assumed he's the same person at Ninomiya - Pikaru no Teiri [2013.03.20].

picaru aired earlier than FBS Night Shuffle, so its like he cuts his hair after Picaru.

in picaru , Nino had help from 2 staff of Chitose.
which mean, the other person who wear Chitose isn't the staff or member Chitose right?

and this guy, wearing mask (also in FBS Night shuffle he wearing mask too), also help Nino too. like holding helium bottle caps.
